The story

Less paperwork, more racing.

An event this size means hundreds of racers, multiple race classes, crew passes and tickets across three days. Before, a lot of that ran on forms, emails and follow-up calls.

The brief

Give racers one place to enter and pay, give fans an easy way to buy tickets, and give the organisers every entry in one list without chasing anyone.

What we did

• Built the event website in Webflow, with the schedule, race classes and ticket options laid out clearly for 2027.
• Built a custom racer entry form with secure online card payments, covering each class, extra crew passes and the event rules.
• Sent every paid entry straight into a shared spreadsheet, with instant email alerts to the team.
• Set up ticketing with day passes, a 3-Day Super Pass and a separate Skid Asylum car and driver pass.
• Rewrote page titles and descriptions so the event shows up for the searches fans and racers make.

The result

Racers enter and pay in one go, the organisers see each entry the moment it's paid, and fans go straight from the website to the right ticket. The admin that used to eat up the weeks before race day now runs itself online.
