The story
From word of mouth to found on Google.
ProSigns does big work: fleet branding for civil contractors, building signage, office fit outs and paint protection film. The old website didn't show any of that, and it wasn't built to be found.
The brief
Make the website match the quality of the work. Show real projects, explain each service in plain English, and make it easy for a fleet manager or builder to ask for a quote.
What we did
- Rebuilt the site in Webflow: fast, mobile-first and easy for the team to update.
- Built SEO-led pages for each service, from vehicle wraps and fleet branding to building signage and paint protection film, written around what people in Sydney actually search for.
- Added a recent projects section showing real jobs, like the Terra Civil fit out, signage and fleet branding.
- Put a simple quote form on every page, so an enquiry is never more than a scroll away.
- Set up Google and Meta ads to sit on top of that organic foundation.
The result
The website now does the selling before the first call. Customers see the work, understand the service and send a quote request with the details ProSigns needs, so the team spends less time explaining and more time quoting.
